Software Engineering Lab

Software engineering lab is one of the important learning tools, by which students acquires adequate practical knowledge on detailed study of engineering to the design, development and maintenance of software. Software engineering lab was introduced in Prime University with a view to apply theoretical knowledge on practical ground. The lab also solves the problems arise when a software generally exceeds timelines, budgets, and reduced levels of quality. The software engineering laboratory in the department of computer science and engineering is also involved in teaching and research in the areas of software engineering and information systems, with an emphasis on software development methods, graph grammars and graph algorithms, model driven development,  and web data mining. The lab consists of around 45 PC’s connected with advanced manageable switches and routers to support high speed connectivity.

Computer Lab

Computer lab in the department of CSE, Prime University was started its journey before a decade. The computer lab is equipped with all modern computers with latest edition of hardware and software is installed that are relevant to the CSE course curriculum such as structured programming, object oriented programming, data structure, algorithm design, software engineering, database management system, networking, data communication, and web engineering. The lab consists of around 50 PC’s connected with advanced manageable switches and routers to support high speed connectivity.

In addition to the regular classes, the computer lab also provides support to the students for the following events:

a. Industrial research

b. Programming contests

c.  Robotics and AI training

d. Software development platform

e.  Training sessions

f.   Gaming contests etc.
